  Do not get your insurance from AllState. They tell you, you are in good hands but once you file a claim all you get is police type interogations and ignored when you're trying to find out answers. My home was burglarized and they were more concerned with why I went on Vacation, for spring break, and what I did then what had happened to my home. Never sent anyone to look at the damage to my home and now three months later I still don't know whats going on. Its been over a month since I even heard from AllState. This has got to be the Worst service I have ever been given, especially after an incident like this. All my and my children's belongings were basically taken and I never felt any compassion from anyone from this company, all I got was the feeling like nothing happened, I was making it up or something. I am not in foreclosure, not behind in payments, and never had a late payment, but feel like I'm being treated like those people you hear about who burn down their homes because they're in foreclosure. Again stay away and go with a company that is going to care not only when you give them money, but when its time give some of that money back.
