  This review is for the foothills location:
  
  Staff was friendly and courteous. The medical provider (Steve?) has great patient interaction skills and is very knowledgeable.
  
  Office management, however, leaves a great deal to be desired. We waited 40 minutes after my daughter's appointment time for her to get screened and then another 20 minutes until she saw the actual doc.
  
  I've worked in a variety of medical clinics and understand that one of the more difficult aspects is efficient scheduling. The foothills clinic clearly has an issue. From looking at the number of staff and providers vs the number of patients, they had clearly overbooked for the time allowed. Great job; you maximized profits while providing inconvenient care. Your patients have lives outside of their appointment times and don't have 2 hours to dedicate to what should be a 20 minute appointment.
  
  Please take some concern about this and fix your management. If you end up seeing fewer billable patients, then take the hit. Your ethical duty is to providing quality care, not paying down your debt.
