  Hose burst in my kitchen and flooded house while I was away on vacation for a week. Stan and his crew came over and worked til 9:30PM to dry out my house, they've been nothing but professional and I am confident that they will complete the water mitigation.
  
  Communication with Stan is easy, he gave me his card with his personal number on it and said "call anytime, even if its 2:AM, I'm here to help"
  
  Thankfully, I haven't had to call at that hour but every other time I call he answers and has promptly addressed any concerns or requests that I have had. I hope I never see Stan and his crew again but if I need someone to do similar work again I will be calling him. (9/25/2014)
